So what the heck is/are MagWars anyway?
We’re glad you asked! That’s a two-part question, but we will try to keep it simple.
First, MagWars(.com) is a new online “home abode” …really just a blog for all things related to magazine-fed paintball products and events.
What is magazine-fed paintball? Well boys and girls, that is a story for another day. Chances are, if you are reading this, you already know what mag-fed is. We will cater to the rest of you later.

We call MagWars.com “a humble abode” because we are starting out small. Now while this country-grasshopper maybe little, we have big-city plans. We won’t spoil the surprises just yet but we don’t think you will be disappointed hanging with us.
We will be sure to stay on top of all the great industry developments and link you to the best news, resources, reviews, rumors, and more.
We think the mag-fed community is pretty awesome. There is some amazing talents out there and we just can’t wait to give them the spotlight. It’s not all candy roses though. Sometimes things don’t work out for the best. We are not afraid to put the hammer down when it’s needed with fair critiques and analysis. We want to do our part to to help make the mag-fed movement as great as it can be.
So keep an eye us. There are great things coming!
Second, (you forgot we said there were two parts didn’t you?) We covered the “is” but what about the “are?”
MagWars ARE, paintball games that are exclusively for mag-fed styles of play. This means there wont be a hopper any where in sight (DEATH TO HOPPERS!) and every player is using some sort of mag-fed paintball gun. We think these type of games are the “bee’s knees” and while they are not as common as we would like, they are on the rise. (which just makes us tickled with excitement)
So a major part of what MagWars “IS”, is to spread the word on what, and when MagWars ARE. Does this make sense? We wouldn’t want you to be confused :) Basically, keep an eye out for “mag-fed-only” events that we will be posting and promoting.
